Young teen Lizzie (Heather Ann Foster), a recent survivor of an auto accident that killed her friend, lives in a Glasgow apartment with mother Kate (Stephanie Buttle) and younger brother and sister. When poltergeist activity begins in Lizzie's room, Kate turns to newsman John (Jason Connery) for help. But John believes it is a hoax, and "experts" that arrive on the scene add to the weirdness.
