When Jon Arbuckle (Breckin Meyer) travels to London to ask Liz (Jennifer Love Hewitt) to marry him, he is unaware that Garfield (voice of Bill Murray) and Odie (a real dog) have stowed away in his luggage. Upon arrival in London, Garfield is mistaken for a pampered cat that has inherited Carlyle Manor. Garfield rules at the estate until the evil Lord Dargis (Billy Connolly), who has his own plans for the manor, creates havoc.
