But he gets one more chance when the mean Dr. Claw breaks out of prison. Now it's gadget vs. gadget as the battle rages. A weak sequel that went straight to video/DVD.

Highlight: the original McHale in the 1960s' TV series, Ernest Borgnine, puts in an appearance.
