Charlie suspects that Yvonne Roland (Katherine DeMille) is a spy and works with U.S. Navy officials to solve the case. During the investigation, Lee is kidnapped during a wild chase through Berlin after Yvonne hides the stolen device in the luggage of Lee's teammate Richard's (Allan Lane) girlfriend Betty (Pauline Moore). Another good "Charlie Chan" film.
