Jeff and Gabby try to get Benton and Liddell to reconcile but are not successful. When financier Amos Norton (Pierre Watkin) hires outlaw Black Bart (Fred Kohler Jr.) to raid both the stagecoaches and the railroads, matters worsen–until Liddell and Benton finally work together, and Gabby and Jeff stop the robberies.
