His comic strip attracts the attention of enemy spies when Eugene reveals part of the formula for a secret rocket fuel. Meanwhile, Abigail (Dorothy Malone) and Betsy (Shirley MacLaine) have romantic ideas about Eugene and Rick, while the guys are attracted to Sonia (Eva Gabor) and Anita (Anita Ekberg). Matters reach a climax at the annual Artists and Models Ball when the spies try to abduct Eugene.
