As he interviews old friends and acquaintances, Ari's memory emerges, and his recollections of his participation in the war leads, finally, to his denunciation of all wars.

April interviews Professor Jordan Perry (David Warner) who has information on the ooze that transformed the mutated turtles into teenagers. The evil Shredder (Francois Chau) is still the leader of the Foot gang, and they kidnap Perry along with the last canister of the ooze as part of their plot to create dangerous mutants. Armed with Perry's anti-mutant antidote, the turtles set out, once again, to stop Shredder from performing his dastardly deeds.
