A small, Italian village was the home of a painter of macabre works of art. One of his paintings–a man being murdered–is on a church wall and needs restoring. A young artist, Stefano (Lino Capolicchio), is hired to restore it. Stefano becomes interested in the artist's life, and as he investigates more and more secrets are revealed, building to a startling conclusion. A well-paced thriller that will keep the viewer's interest throughout.
