The move is not accepted well by the kids, and matters turn even worse when Kate sets off on a national tour to promote her new book, leaving Tom on his own to balance career and family.

Passengers and crew help Kyle look for Julia, but when she is not found they have problems believing that Julia was on the plane, and Kyle is beginning to have doubts herself.

  Unable to overcome her own past issues of not caring for her dying father, Caroline (Kate Hudson), now takes care of the elderly and dying. One day, Caroline discovers a skeleton key that unlocks the attic door and begins to piece together the attic's bizarre pieces of an eerie puzzle.
