A serial killer, "The Thrasher" (Larry Drake), is captured and is now in an asylum. Maggie (Paulina Porizkova), a psychiatrist, is on night duty when he frees himself from his high-tech lockup and goes after her. There doesn't seem to be a way out of the place for Maggie in this cat-and-mouse game.
