She is also attracted to a shopkeeper, Mr. Jonathan W. Wilson (Richard Haydn), who tries to break up Cluny's relationship with Adam. Believing that he has lost Cluny to Mr. Wilson, Adam leaves the estate–but not before leaving a special message in a gift for Cluny. Is it too late, or will Cluny catch up with Adam?
