When Avila finds officers willing to testify against Peck, they end up dead, and the investigation is filled with other problems–including resistance from Avila's superiors who consider Peck an asset to the force. Finally, Avila investigates Peck's partner, Stretch (William Baldwin), and Peck, who believes that Avila is investigating him only to seek a promotion, begins stalking Avila and even turns Avila against his wife, Kathleen (Nancy Travis).

Dustin asks for Tank's help, and Tank offers to come to the rescue. But, on their date, Alexis calls Tank's bluff, and now Tank finds himself falling in love with his "Best Friend's Girl."

The Antichrist Damien returns in the form of his daughter Delia (Asia Vieira) who is being raised by Congressman York (Michael Woods) and his wife Karen (Faye Grant). Delia is an adorable young girl, but that doesn't stop her from spreading her evilness around, and, as a result, destruction surrounds her.

Up-and-coming rock star T.J. (James Marshall) has the jolt of a lifetime: he loses both his hands when drunken hoodlums attack him. Unable to deal with his fate, he turns his back on family and girlfriend and becomes a self-pitying, drunken bum. But things change when he meets Anamika (Christina Applegate), who introduces him to a variety of friends who start him on the road to recovery. One of the friends, Geek (David Burke), is a computer whiz and fixes him up with sound-sensitive fingers as well as providing him with a new persona–Cyberstorm. Fame comes quickly, and he is able to not only get revenge on the hoods, but to make up with family and friends. Good premise, but not-so-good execution.
