After a girl's body, scarred with fang marks, is found hanging in the church bell, the Monsignor (Rupert Davies) performs exorcism rites at Count Dracula's (Christopher Lee) castle. By accident, Dracula is freed from the ice that had imprisoned him, and now the Monsignor must pay the consequences. First on Dracula's list is the Monsignor's niece Anna (Marion Mathie) who works at a nearby pub, but the Monsignor seeks revenge and is only steps behind the vampire Dracula.
