In the final (of eight) "Rough Riders" film, Marshals Buck, Tim, and Sandy (Buck Jones, Tim McCoy, and Raymond Hatton) are brought to the town by newspaper editor Rufus Todd (Milburn Morante) whose presses have been ruined when he was about to uncover the gang responsible for a gold robbery. As usual, The Rough Riders go undercover to nab the culprits–including the leader, a respected town leader.
