Igor and Dr. Bohmer (Lionel Atwill) convince Ludwig to place a new brain in the Monster's head. Through sly work on the part of Igor, he manages to get his own brain transplanted into the Monster, which, of course, results in disaster.

Bela is a wolf man, and now that he has bitten Larry, Larry will be transformed into a werewolf every time that there is a full moon. Larry confesses his fate to his father Sir John (Claude Rains) and to his sweetheart Gwen (Evelyn Ankers), but they do not believe him–until they are forced to confront the curse one fateful night during a full moon.
