After turning Tracy into the bald zombie, Igor, who terrorizes the townsfolk, a showdown is a certainty.

But, Roy soon realizes that Rico is innocent and lets him go. The real villain is Harry Blaisdell (Charles McGraw) who Roy chases down and brings to justice. The reward money saves the carnival, and the show moves on to the next town.
