When an Oregon Corrections director is murdered, the police determine that the death occurred during a routine robbery. But the murdered man's brother, Kevin (Scott Plank), doesn't agree. Shortly before the murder, the victim told Kevin that he had uncovered a smuggling ring, and now Kevin sets out to find the truth. Based on a real case that is still unsolved.
