It is only a matter of time before Jason starts murdering them, one-by-one. Finally, Tommy tries to distract Jason by putting on his own mask and going after Jason–and the gore continues.

The characters in this story are multidimensional and provide good entertainment.

  Connie (Diane Lane) falls during a windstorm and is rescued by a much younger man Paul Martel (Oliver Martinez). Now, she puts her seemingly stable marriage, which includes a young son Charlie (Erik Per Sullivan), to Edward (Richard Gere) on hold and indulges in an adulterous affair with Paul. Edward becomes suspicious and hires Frank Wilson (Dominic Chianese) to investigate. When Edward learns about Paul, he confronts him, and tragedy ensues. Lane was nominated for a Best Actress Oscar.
