Joey returns to town, and Mary dreams that Joey just might be the light at the end of the dark tunnel that is her life.

One night the girls are attacked by a creature–The Beast of Bailey Downs–that has been attacking and dismembering dogs. The girls survive, but Ginger is wounded. The wounds heal quickly, and things begin to happen to her–like growing a tail. A pretty good thriller.

She collapses and is placed in a drug rehab facility when the wolfsbane she is taking to keep from turning into a werewolf is thought to be an illegal drug. She befriends Ghost (Tatiana Maslany) at the center, and the two plan an escape as Brigitte continues to fall under the curse without the antidote. 1 User Review

They meet up with an Indian fur trapper who takes them to a fort containing assorted unfriendly people. Their idyllic life takes a turn when werewolves surround the fort, and Ginger (again) is bitten. 1 User Review

Now, the story focuses on Juno's relationship with the Lorings–one of whom is more interested in adoption than the other, and Juno learns that things may not always go as planned. The film won an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay; three other nominations were received: Best Picture, Actress (Page), and Director.
