In this sequel to "28 Days Later...," a few survivors of the virus that decimated England's population half a year ago are in hiding in a dark, country farmhouse hoping for help from abroad. Among them are Don (Robert Carlyle) and Alice (Catherine McCormack) who are worried about their children–Andy (Mackintosh Muggleton) and Tamara (Imogen Poots) who were in Spain when the virus escaped from the testing lab. Now, U.S. troops set up a quarantine zone in London, and Don is finally reunited with Andy and Tamara. Don lies when he tells them that their mother is dead. But, kids being kids, they set off on their own adventure, leave the safe zone, and accidentally reignite the spread of the deadly virus.
