After the horse is taken by the police in order to sell it to a rich man, the boys steal it back and head west on the horse for a magical adventure with the police in pursuit. Some gritty moments, but the ending is happy.

Danny and Rusty (Brad Pitt)–along with the rest of the gang–plot to get revenge by ruining the grand opening of the casino. The plan calls for infiltrating the casino's security system, rigging the casino games so that everyone will win, and emulating an earthquake to get all of those winners away from the gambling tables before they lose their winnings.
