Once on board, she meets and falls in love with Major Philip Kirby (Ray Milland) who does not realize that she is a grown woman. A very good comedy, even today.

While concentrating on parachute practice, they still make use of their free time, and Donald and Bill find themselves competing for the affections of beautiful Kit Richards (Nancy Kelly) whose father just happens to be tough MSgt. Bill "Thunderhead" Richards (Harry Carey).
