Will Stanton (Alexander Ludwig) has been relegated to the attic of his parents' (John Benjamin Hickey and Wendy Crewson) home to provide space when one of his brothers (Gregory Smith) comes home from college. On his 14th birthday, Will learns that, as the seventh son of a seventh son, he is "The Seeker" and has the power to battle the Dark forces led by "The Rider" (Christopher Eccleston) and save the world. Will travels through time looking for six hidden signs providing the power of Light and the key to defeating the Dark forces.
