While young Goku (Justin Chatwin) trains in martial arts, his dying grandfather Gohan (Randall Duk Kim) gives him a magic Dragonball and tells him to find Master Roshi who will provide him with the missing six Dragonballs that will give their owner unlimited power. The evil, 2,000-year-old Lord Piccolo (James Marsters) is also seeking the Dragonballs in his quest to take over the world. Now, Goku and his friends–Master Roshi (Yun-Fat Chow), Bulma (Emmy Rossum), and Chi Chi (Jamie Chung)–set out to find the Dragonballs before Lord Piccolo gets his hands on them.
