Gore again runs amuck as two of the Nebraska boys, Eli (Daniel Cerny) and his brother Joshua (Ron Melendez), move into a foster home in Chicago. There must not have been any adults left at home to kill! Eli has brought corn seeds with him, and before long the evil "He Who Walks Behind the Rows" is bringing gore and bloodshed to the Windy City.

From a safe distance, Sonny keeps an eye on the four victims as they attempt to survive in the unforgiving environment.
