A Chicago TV sportscaster, Max Abbitt (David Schwimmer) decides to test the loyalty of his soon-to-be wife, Sam (Mili Avital), and sets up a scenario in which his best friend Jay (Jason Lee) will try to bed the beautiful Sam. Despite the inane plot, this comedy does work, and the result is an entertaining hour and a half.
