When the reconnaissance plane of two Navy Lieutenants–Chris Burnett (Owen Watson) and Jeremy Stackhouse (Charles Malik Whitfield)–is shot down by a SAM missile over Bosnia, Burnett and Stackhouse parachute to "safety."
