There is plenty of gore and fair special effects in this remake of the 1958 film. The gooey mess falls from the sky and devours all in its path in gruesome ways. Will our teen duo save the day? It'll be hard when the townsfolk won't believe them. How about that restaurant cook who is sucked, head first, down the drain when he tries to plunge the Blob?

| | Adorable film | azrael 03/11/2007 | I got this film for David McCallum who plays the Lover of the main character's uncle and has raised both girls after the death of their parents.
What a surprise it is delightful! Shalom Harlow really does well as the naive virgin in her quest to have a child. The rest of the cast are wonderful and fit well together.
It is films like this that make me love Indies. See it if you have a chance. This would have made a very enjoyable series. |

| | a movie that truly shows not just true heroes but, true sacr | angel 04/19/2007 | this movie not only shows true heroes but, true sacrifice. Matthew broderick's role as colonial robert shaw was wonderful. I think he fit the part very well. You can understand what he's feeling. Despite a lot of the sergents/majors that don't treat the black troops the respect they should get, robert continues to work with them & become the best troops they can be. Denzel washington's part was good as well as morgan fredom, and some on cary elwes part as robert's friend. I clearly give this 10 points. The music is always wonderful & goes well with the movie. I felt heartfelt
& touched by the flim & I hope you will enjoy it too. Thank you. And as robert said "may god bless us all. |

I Shot Andy Warhol 1996 R, 103 min. Genre: Drama
Director: Mary Harron Cast: Lili Taylor, Jared Harris, Tahnee Welch, Stephen Dorff, Martha Plimpton, Donovan Leitch, Danny Morgenstern, Michael Imperioli, Gabriel Mann
On 3 June 1968, radical feminist Valerie Solanis (Lili Taylor) walked into Andy Warhol's office and shot him. (Although he survived, he suffered the effects of the trauma for the rest of his shortened life.) This film depicts the collision of the homosexual world of Andy Warhol and the loathing of a lesbian feminist who wrote the SCUM (Society for Cutting Up Men) manifesto. Nevertheless, one cannot help but like her rationality about her unique philosophy.
