They are accompanied by crocodile hunter Jacob Krieg (Jurgen Prochnow) and herpetologist Matthew Collins (Gideon Emery). But all their expertise goes for naught when the expedition runs into problems in the area, which is in the midst of a civil war, and now they must deal not only with the giant crocodile but with warring factions as well.
