DJ Pooh of rap fame wrote and directed this urban comedy/drama centered on Rob (Brian Hooks) who has just been released from jail. But–he now has two strikes and one more will be a major problem. So, when his friend shoots a cop who stops the car that Rob is riding in, Rob escapes, determined to clear himself. Little appeal to most people.

Smokey has his own problems involving $200 worth of marijuana that he was given to sell but smoked himself. Now he has no money to pay the dope dealer, and payment is due that night. This film does manage to present some good humor from the lives of those in the dreary world of Los Angeles' not-so-successful residents as Craig and Smokey encounter a variety of misfits while hanging out on Craig's front stoop.

Sean immediately takes on his management role, enjoying the powers that go with his station. Then Mr. Washington is kidnapped, and the roomies join forces to save the day.
