The story involves the Lobster Man arriving on Earth with the mission of stealing Earth's air due to the loss on air on Mars. His reward: feasting on humans. Of course the film becomes a hit and J.P. is in REAL trouble with the IRS.

  It's been a hassle, all those years with vampires vs. humans. When the blood plant does not produce enough blood, its designer David Harrison (Jim Metzler) and his wife Sarah (Morgan Brittany) arrive in the ghost town and find themselves in the middle of trouble. There are those fundamentalists, led by Jefferson (John Ireland), who want the real thing and are ready to rise up against the peaceful vampire leader, Count Mardulak (David Carradine), who ordered the blood plant as a method of integrating the vampires into the human world. War it shall be.
