Andy Barclay (Justin Whalin) is now a teenager away at military school and has new friends Kristen De Silva (Perrey Reeves) and Harold Whitehurst (Dean Jacobson). When Chucky arrives at the school, he decides to put his soul into the body of a younger boy, Ronald Tyler (Jeremy Sylvers). Andy recognizes the bloody signs that Chucky has returned and sets out to put an end to Chucky.

In this film-within-a-film, producer J.P. Shelldrake (Tony Curtis) needs a tax write-off, and quickly. His needs appear to be fulfilled when young Stevie (Dean Jacobson) appears to sell his movie–"Lobster Man from Mars"–a sure bet to lose money. The story involves the Lobster Man arriving on Earth with the mission of stealing Earth's air due to the loss on air on Mars. His reward: feasting on humans. Of course the film becomes a hit and J.P. is in REAL trouble with the IRS.
