Trancers 4: Jack of Swords 1994 R, 75 min. Genre: Sci-Fi
Director: David Nutter Cast: Tim Thomerson, Clabe Hartley, Stacie Randall, Ty Miller, Teri Ivens, Rona Hartner, Alan Oppenheimer, Stephen Macht, Mark Arnold, Lochlyn Munro
Jack (Tim Thomerson) should have taken care of all the Trancers by now but–wait! He is off on a mission, and his time machine is broken by a plant creature from his last mission. Jack ends up in another dimension at a place run by vampires. He (somehow) determines that these are another strain of Trancers. Interestingly, they all have Shakespearian names. Jack joins a resistance group to overturn the evil leadership. One more sequel left.

Trancers 5: Sudden Deth 1995 R, 73 min. Genre: Sci-Fi
Director: David Nutter Cast: Tim Thomerson, Stacie Randall, Ty Miller, Teri Ivens, Mark Arnold, Clabe Hartley, Stephen Macht, Rona Hartner, Lochlyn Munro, Alan Oppenheimer
This final episode (at least so far) finds Jack trying to get out of the dimension where the last episode left him. The Trancers are sure to retaliate and try to regain power, so he must hurry. But–to get home he needs a magical jewel, and he starts the quest. In the meantime, the evil leader is revived, so Jack's quest will be hard. There's no question that it is time to bid a fond farewell to Jack Deth and the Trancers.
