"Patterns of Force" (aired 2/16/1968, stardate 2534.0)-During a routine visit to the planet Ekos, the Enterprise is fired on with a nuclear missile–a technology that the inhabitants were not expected to have. Kirk and Spock are beamed down and find a planet of Nazis led by a zealot who intends to expand his influence to a nearby, peaceful planet. A tough assignment for the Enterprise crew!
