  This remake of A. Conan Doyle's 1912 novel involves scientists Professor Challenger (John Rhys-Davies) and Professor Summerlee (David Warner) heading to the Belgian Congo plateau with their team. They search for the dinosaurs that are thought to exist. There is a sequel (that was shot concurrently): "Return to the Lost World."

  Greedy oil drillers arrive at the Belgian Congo plateau in this follow-on to the 1992 remake of A. Conan Doyle's story (and was shot at the same time as that one). In response, the scientific party returns to save the dinosaurs and the ecosystem. About as bad as the first try.
