In this sequel to the 1984 Stephen King film, Charlie (Marguerite Moreau), the girl who can start fires with her mind and was exploited by the government, is now grown after having run away from the life she led. But she still would like to know more of her past, and Rainbird (Malcolm McDowell), who originally trained her, is searching for Charlie with another trained group of firestarters to complete his own agenda.
