But, Helen does uncover the killer's modus operandi, which imitates the infamous Jeffrey Dahmer. Working together, they manage to solve the case.

As the title suggests, the Killer Klowns are from outer space, and their mixture of comedy with horrific deeds makes for an entertaining film.
