In this violent film–a remake of the 1972 movie–gangster Jack Benyon (James Woods) arranges for Doc McCoy's (Alex Baldwin) release from a Mexican jail after making a deal with Doc's wife Carol (Kim Basinger). The deal involves Doc holding up an Arizona race track, and Doc, along with Rudy (Michael Madsen) and Frank (Philip Seymour Hoffman), pulls off the heist.
