After Eddie (Max Madore when young, Ryan Merriman when older) loses his parents in a plane crash, he is taken in by his uncle (Stanley Tucci). The boy grows into a troubled teen, and when his uncle returns, he and the ranch-hand try to put Eddie back on track. This is 0James Redford's (son of Robert) debut as a director.
