Cave biologist Dr. Nicolai (Marcel Iures) and his partner, Katherine (Lena Headey), make plans to explore a massive cave system that lies under a 13th-century church. It doesn't take long before the divers realize that unknown creatures lurk in the depths and that their lives are in peril. Now, the deadly game turns into a race for survival as they try to escape from the caves.
