  Peter Falk stars as a mobster just getting out of prison after 13 years who has a misfit teenage daughter, Cookie (Emily Lloyd), from his mistress. Of course, he also has a wife who doesn't know anything about either one of them. To complicate matters, in trying to form some sort of father-daughter bond, he hires Cookie to act as his chauffeur.
