Young Fool (Brandon Quintin Adams) and his family are evicted from their sleazy ghetto apartment by greedy landlords who intend to build profitable apartments on the site. Fool's sister's boyfriend (Ving Rhames) talks the boy into helping him rob the landlords' upscale home, which is rumored to contain valuable coins. But when they get in the house, they are confronted with the horrors of the place: children that have been deformed by the owners are being kept in the basement. Can Fool survive and save the creatures?
