In this Peter Benchley story, David Sanders and Gail Berke (Nick Nolte and Jacqueline Bisset) are enjoying a vacation in Bermuda. While scuba diving, they discover a wrecked World War II freighter and find a glass ampoule in the wreckage. When treasure hunter Romer Treece (Robert Shaw) explains that the ampoule contains morphine, they try to keep their "treasure" a secret, but Haitian drug lord Henri Cloche (Louis Gossett Jr.) has his own plans for the morphine.
