The outrageous Troma superhero of Tromaville, The Toxic Avenger (David Mattey), is back and deep into the sludge as the Diaper Mafia attempts a takeover of the Tromaville School for the Very Special. But, things get tough when an explosion causes a mirror image of Tromaville–Amortville–to be formed, and Toxie is stuck in this town (sound like Star Trek?) as his mirror image, the evil Noxie, is in Tromaville raising havoc.
