Following on with the story started in "It's Alive!" and "It Lives Again," the monster babies that have survived are shipped off to a remote island to live out their lives. When checked on several years later, it is found that they have reproduced and are ready to invade the mainland. Cohen continues his satire on the issues alive in the 1980s, such as abortion and AIDS, in an effective manner.
