Blizzard (Lon Chaney) is a legless, underworld crime boss in San Francisco who is out to get revenge on the incompetent doctor who had unnecessarily amputated his legs when Blizzard was a child. But, after having an operation to remove a blood clot in his brain, Blizzard puts aside his evil ways–and some people are not happy about the change. A good Chaney silent film.
