Father Fong (Chu Kong) is a member of The Red Lotus Flower Society, which is dedicated to overthrowing the evil Manchu emperor. During the prenuptial dinner, the governor makes a surprise appearance and recognizes he is in a room filled with his enemies. Fighting ensues, and Father Fong is arrested. Now it is up to Sai-Yuk to save his father.

This is an unusual film with violent, intense action. When he is betrayed by his boss, he teams up with Detective "Eagle" Lee (Danny Lee) who has been assigned to get him to fight off the REAL bad guys. The characters are well developed, the directing is superb, and the action is spectacular.
