Enter FBI agent John Travis (Jimmy Smits) who soon joins forces with Maggie in an attempt to rescue Cody and, in the process, save the world.

  Jim Carrey plays mild-mannered bank clerk Stanley Ipkiss who discovers an ancient mask floating in the river that, when worn, turns him into a cartoon character with super-human abilities. He sets out to woo beautiful Tina (Cameron Diaz) who happens to be the girlfriend of gangster Dorian Tyrel (Peter Greene). Tyrel is plotting to rob Stanley's bank and take over the city; however, with his new mask, Stanley now has the power needed to stop Tyrel in his tracks.
