| | smoky the black stallion great heart warming story | southerncrosshr 06/04/2007 | | a great heart warming story fess parker does a outstandong job as clint barkley freed from prison for a crime he did not committ and we find out later his evil brother did it. he finds the black stallion and trains him to be the best cow pony around only to have his evil brother show up and make him lose his precious black stallion as he tries to find it the japanese attack pearl harbor and force clint to call off the search until after ww2 and he come home to find his horse owned by a junk man and mistreated by rodeo people broken down and in poor health clint works with the horse and turns him loose. great story tear jerker scenery is beautiful great musical score fine acting |
