Sam Harper's (David "Shark" Fralick) body is sent to his hometown for burial after he was killed by friendly fire in Desert Storm. When teens burn a flag over the grave where Sam is to be buried, Sam crawls out of his coffin and begins a killing spree in a confiscated Uncle Sam costume. He begins with all the unpatriotic citizens and then, it seems, to anyone he runs across.
